Teachers for Reading Canada is a Canadian non-profit charity with the mission to ensure that all teachers in Canada have the skills to teach reading to all children in our public schools.
Teachers for Reading Canada (TFRC) believes that providing public school teachers with the skills to teach reading to all children will address the literacy crisis in Canada. All teachers should have access to evidence & science-based training that will allow them to recognize struggling readers in the classroom and know what to do to help those students learn to read.
